Hello, I'm Moyosore, but most people call me Mo.

I’m a Gestalt counsellor and Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, and I offer a warm, reflective space where individuals, couples, and families can explore the experiences that have brought them to therapy.

At the heart of my work is curiosity. I believe that when we approach our thoughts, feelings, and relationships with openness and compassion, new understanding and possibilities can begin to emerge. Therapy can be a place where we slow down, reflect, and gently explore what may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words.

My work is informed by Gestalt and Systemic thinking. This means we pay attention not only to your personal experiences, but also to the relationships, histories, and wider contexts that shape your life. Together we might explore patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and the ways past experiences continue to influence the present.

Creativity is also an important part of how I work. I’m interested in helping people reconnect with their own curiosity, imagination, and ways of expressing themselves as we explore what matters most to them. This might involve reflection, dialogue, or creative ways of thinking about experiences that have felt stuck.

I recognise that identity is shaped by many different aspects of our lives, including culture, race, gender, sexuality, family background, and ability. I welcome these important parts of who you are into the therapeutic space and encourage clients to bring all of themselves into the work we do together.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, and welcome both adults and young people into therapy. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we explore the challenges you may be facing. Should you choose to work with me, together, we will walk side by side through the highs and lows, ensuring that you don’t have to face this journey alone.

I am a registered member of the BACP and UKCP and work within their professional and ethical frameworks.
