Upcoming Workshops.

Are you a parent or carer of a young person aged 12 – 16 who seems to be struggling emotionally?

Perhaps your child has become withdrawn, angry, or difficult to reach. You may find that conversations quickly turn into arguments, or that communication between you feels strained and frustrating.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.

This workshop offers a supportive space for parents and carers who want to better understand what may be happening for their child and explore new ways of communicating and connecting.

Together we will explore:

  • Understanding the challenges of parent–child communication

  • Ways to create clearer boundaries while maintaining connection

  • Supporting emotional regulation for both parents and young people

  • Practical approaches to strengthening communication at home

These sessions also provide an opportunity to connect with other parents who may be experiencing similar challenges. Sharing experiences can often bring reassurance, new perspectives, and a sense that you do not have to navigate these difficulties alone.

If you recognise some of these challenges in your own family, this workshop may offer a helpful starting point for thinking differently about communication and connection.

To ensure a supportive and reflective space for everyone, this workshop is limited to 10 participants.

Reserve Your Place Today!

The workshop will take place across three sessions, held every two weeks, beginning on Sunday 3rd May at 7pm. Each session will last 90 minutes, allowing time for discussion, reflection, and shared learning.
